Code Issues Projects Releases Wiki Activity

Minor cleanup in options.xml and various.xml.

Browse Source 
- fix some typos
- make order of the options consistently alphabetic
- linkify the rc file occurences
- delete trailing whitespace
- minor style/wording fixes
