75b5522073 Don't use a popuppanel for the visual bell if possible. 
Update issue #125
This should no longer be a problem after tonight's nightly on
Firefox 4.

7787f0a2ce Normalise the standard completer signatures to fn(context, args, ...). 
This also fixes a number of the :command completers.
