fbceac2d0e Add missing donation buttons to the help pages. 
These have been missing for the last two releases.  Is it worse if I say it or
just think it?

29de612097 Fix escaping from Textarea mode in input fields. 
When escaping from Textarea mode in input fields, and also text areas if
'insertmode' is set, return to Insert mode.

f79c6e8dc1 Rename :tabreattach to :tabattach. 
As Kris noted this may be better implemented as :tabmove -window.

41a1a4cda0 Use | rather than \ for the toggle view-source command.
