e49996ae3c Update macro related documentation to remove reference to registers 0-9. 
These are no longer available for recording.  The restriction seems rather
arbitrary so they may return.

Fixes issue #1103.

94c28cc2aa Temporarily disable loading of the downloads module in FF26. 
nsIDownloadManager has been removed so the module needs updating to utilise the
replacement Downloads.jsm.
