7787f0a2ce Normalise the standard completer signatures to fn(context, args, ...). 
This also fixes a number of the :command completers.

3d5f29fa59 Add Bookmark{Change,Remove} autocommands. Fix tags arg of BookmarkAdd, but keyword will still need BookmarkChange.
