252e1965c0 Fix numeric option value validation for "". 
Number("") => 0, Number("077") => 77, parseInt("008") => 0 etc.

66f86d2da4 Don't mark quickmarks as private data. 
Quickmarks are essentially bookmarks and Firefox doesn't consider these
private data.
