experimental branch:

- Actually destroy the network entry objects that are supposed to get destroied
- Improve GUI behavior when initially opened.
- Use the python -O flag when launching the daemon/GUI.
- Favor gksudo over gksu.
- Remove broken interface enable/disable options.
