curses/prefs_curses.py: ADDED. A basic global preferences dialog. Has a tabbed interface. It is missing things such as buttons, external program controls, advanced settings, and the ability to save information. :-)
curses/wicd-curses.py: Some code cleanup, replaced the language mess with the GUI list in misc, and added support for running the Preferences dialog with 'P'. curses/README: Added the keybindings to bring up the preferences dialog.
