Fixed broken links in the FAQ.

Anh K. Huynh brought to the attention of the wmaker-dev mailing list that the links in the FAQ on the Window Maker website were broken.
An archived version of the Window Maker website with a complete FAQ was found on archive.org, and the missing questions and answers were copied and pasted into the current FAQ file. Some minor formatting occurred to bring the FAQ in line with the website's current style.

I know this is not really the place to have such an answer, but
this question (and its assumed negative answer by many new users)
is so frequently associated with users switching back to KDE or whatever
that I felt like giving some visibility to the correct answer would
do some good.

Btw, I took the User Guide from
http://wmaker.orconhosting.net.nz/help/user_guide/toc.htm
because the images were included correctly (the images are not
present in the current www.windowmaker.org section for the User Guide)

Width tags clean
...
Removed the body and header tags of these pages, because when are joined
by php the final document will have three times the body and the header
tags included.
Removed the width tags, to avoid the space in the right side and the
horizontal slide.
Removed the homewmaker2.png link image, because this text can be made
using formatted text.
Removed a lot of \n \r.
