b0fd65b8df Update info on latest release and add some entries in the news section 
Updating the news section is clearly a far from optimal and unglorious
task. You're better off reading the NEWS file in the wmaker repo
or the git logs.

3a49325e49 More flexible width of contents 
- header graphics scales (within limits)
- width of text area is determied by css, now 90% instead of 880px
- more of the html code goes in included templates
