Doug Torrance 8d8f65b850 dockapps.db: Update wmacpiload, wmbatteries, and wmnotify. 
Update the links to the latest git snapshots of these dockapps in the dockapps
webpage.  Also reverse sort versions of all dockapps for consistency.
