Remove wIconUpdate in wDockAttachIcon

Browse Source 
The call to wIconUpdate() can be changed by call to update_icon_pixmap(),
because the icon doesn't need to be changed. This update is only for change
the icon pixmap to un-shadowed.

Now, the icon pixmap is updated faster.
