The usual way to define a macro in is to name macro with 'USE_xxx' when
they are used to enable a feature 'xxx'.
As the feature concerns the Dock and not DnD in general (WINGs support is
not disabled), make it a bit more clear in the macro name and document the
configure flag in the Installation Manual.
Took opportunity to compile the corresponding file only when the feature is
not disabled.

Revert patches that moved variables from WMScreen to global level
because this broke X displays with multiple independent screens and
caused dock and clip icons to become mixed up. When managing multiple
screens each screen used to have it's own state/dock and clip. This
commit restores that by reverting mainly the commits listed below (and
those that are invalidated by reverting these) and fixing up later
commits to apply after the revert.

Because the wClipIconPaint() function is specific to paint the clip,
it knows where is the clip (wks_info.clip_icon), so the argument is not
needed.

The file funcs.h is removed. A new file osdep.h is created to hold
the definition for all osdep_*c files.
The files .c has been adjusted to include the right header files,
removing funcs.h, including osdep.h.

Drawers are horizontal docks, and they can themselves only live in the dock
To use them, right click on the dock or a docked appicon and select "Add
a drawer". Then move appicons into the drawer (drag them with the
mouse). You may change the icon of the drawer. By default, drawers
auto-expand and -collapse, and auto-raise/lower. This can be customized
in the same way as for the clip.
Set DisableDrawers to YES in G/D/WindowMaker if you do not want to see
the menu entry to add a drawer.
Just discovered this bug: the auto-attract icon functionality will not
work (to be precise, it crashes WM!) if the clip is disabled
(NoClip=YES). Will fix shortly, of course.
Behaves essentially the same, only a bit more consistently.
Known differences:
1. An AppIcon will now always end up undocked if moved while Mod1 is pressed.
2. Moving a docked AppIcon with Mod1 pressed (undocking it) used to auto-expand the clip,
as clip expansion happened first, while looking for a snapping position,
and the test on Mod1 being pressed happened only later
The dock types NORMAL_DOCK and EXTENDED_DOCK are never used
so can be removed.

- Fixed the signal handler for crashes (ie, removed it) and made wmaker
restarting be made automatically by a monitoring process.
- Made NetWM support be enabled by default
- Removed old code to store/restore workspace state (now relies on netwm)
- Separated the font caches for normal fonts and fontsets in WINGs (they can
have the same names and collide in the cache giving unwanted results)
- Updated the years in the copyright notices
the global domain as well and are exactly the same. This fixes a bug where
settings from the global domain file were merged in the user domain file
and further changes in the global domain file for those merged values was
ignored making a system admin unable to set global defaults for all users
using the global domains.
- Fixed bug with not extracting the icon from the client when using
shared appicons.
- Added WMSubtractPLDictionaries() to WINGs (opposite for merging, it will
remove all entries from dest if they are present in source and are exactly
the same. Unique entries in dest and entries with different values from
those present in source will be preserved).
- Also tested the backward compatibility ability of the WINGs proplist code
which seems to work quite well.
Starting with this moment, Window Maker no longer needs libPropList and is
now using the better and much more robust proplist code from WINGs. Also the
WINGs based proplist code is actively maintained while the old libPropList
code is practically dead and flawed by the fact that it borrowed concepts
from the UserDefaults which conflicted with the retain/release mechanism,
making some problems that libPropList had, practically unsolvable without a
complete redesign (which can be found in the more robust WINGs code).
