3289b6c772 SelectWindowsMouseButton -> MouseLeftButtonAction 
Implement the switch from SelectWindowsMouseButton et al. to
MouseLeftButtonAction = SelectWindows from WindowMaker 0.65 in Debian's
customized defaults. Closes: #116963
