- WMGLOBAL options can now be set in the WindowMaker configuration files
to overwrite values in WMGLOBAL.

WMDrawString() and WMDrawImageString() now take WMColor instead of GC as
arguments. WMDrawImageString() receives 2 colors (text & background).
