doc: Update getstyle and setstyle manpages.

The manpages for getstyle and setstyle have not been updated and were missing
some options. This patch brings them up to date.
In addition, the *TitleExtendSpace options were appearing twice in getstyle.c.
One of the unnecessary sets was removed.

Escape minus sign ("-") in manpages.
...
man will render - as a hyphen (U+2010) instead of as a minus sign
(U+002D). Fix this by escaping the dash, using \-.
