dan d4de3d0a45 - new function in WINGs: WMSetConnectionShutdownOnClose()
- new callback in the ConnectionDelegate structure: canResumeSending
- replaced setpgid() with setsid() when starting kids, to allow them to
survive if wmaker (the parent) dies.
- a few cleanups.
