Tim Taenny 5ab9b7c6be Renamed the ScaleX/Y macros and their local variables ...

The names of the macros and the local variables that they use
have been changed to make them less "user-space" like.

    ScaleX -> WMScaleX
    ScaleY -> WMScaleY
    fw     -> wmScaleWidth
    fh     -> wmScaleHeight
