As pointed by Douglas Torrance, nowadays no application is using anymore the 1x section for the man pages, so this patch is changing the section for all our concerned man pages to 1 (general commands). pack is a directory that contains everything that is needed for a

redistributable theme, including the style information and pixmaps used by it.

Note that style information stored in the global configuration of the
|
|
system is not read.
