gryf e0f1659b8f Downgrade of aseprite to latest release 1.2.9 ...

Currently master branch of aseprite doesn't automatically build all of
its dependences - like Skia for instance. Let's fix on official versions
for now.

Changes:
- introduces 1.2.9 ~amd64
- degrade 9999 version to **
