fixed custom completion styling, now better than ever before, per-item based. Note that hold <tab> down after :bmarks <tab> results in a sluggish display, I don't think this commit causes this, it's proably a recent regression.

Changed 'complete' option default to "sfl", meaning we have awesomebar completions by default now.
...
In constrast removed history cache, which should make startup faster and use less memory. As we only need it for :history anyway, there is no real performance penalty as Places does search quite fast.

completions are now objects (containing an completions array), in order to allow things like having a common createRow function which is used for displaying :bmarks<cr> as well as for showing :bmarks foo<tab>
...
We still allow completion functions to return arrays, for now at least.

removed beep again, as it still kept beeping on me when switching tags in my window manager and sometimes even when just changing tabs. I also wonder if it's really worth, as i often copy some part of the webpage with the X11 selection while the command line is open and paste it there then. On the other hand, for novice users a beep might make sense if they wonder where their cursor is. For now at least i revert it, with a better fix, we can talk about it.

set default guioptions without any tabnumbering, because:
...
* even vim's default tabs don't show numbers
* go=N is too obtrusive as a default value, since i think more people prefer their full favicons over the tab numbers
* go=n prints the number 1px too high (easily fixable on linux i guess, but needs also checking on other platforms)
* mailing list complaints about it not working correctl on windows/macos.
