Fix mixing pixels when maximizing borderless windows
...
A minor bug has been bothering me for a long time. When you maximize a
borderless window in Window Maker, the window ends up too narrow and too short
by two pixels.

add experiment plugin support to menu entry, performance need to

X's header and see that XImage use int for its width and height so
I change RImage to follow that.

I am not sure this is a correct fix. But GNOME has appicon which may has
...
different class name from the window. Such as GnomeTerminal.GnomeTerminal
may have appicon name gnome-terminal.Gnome-terminal.
