Currently there are other mechanisms in use for making plugins. Vimball
is kind of obsolete, and it was replaced by using plugin managers such
pathogen, vimplug, vundle and so on with bare git repos.

Downgrade of aseprite to latest release 1.2.9
...
Currently master branch of aseprite doesn't automatically build all of
its dependences - like Skia for instance. Let's fix on official versions
for now.
Changes:
- introduces 1.2.9 ~amd64
- degrade 9999 version to **

Make virtualbox-guest-additions to compile
...
Currently official build for guest additions will fail due to some
unset/wrong set variables. This is an workaround for it - added KERN_VER
variable which is set to current kernel version, so this ebuild cannot
be run against new kernel version while executed on older/other kernel
version.

Changed aseprite use flags to be more accurate.
...
Changed "bundled-libs" to "static" - since this is waht the flag
actually do, added new flag "bundled-allegro" which is disabled by
default, so that aseprite will use modified own version of allegor
framework. In that case warning will be displayed to the user (as in
original ebuild in gentoo repo).
