Fixed unencrypted network support in both UIs.
Fixed marking the Static IP checkbox in wicd-curses.

Use set_icon_name() instead of set_icon_from_file() in gui.py ; this
...
allows gtk to use the themed icons (and presumably the correct size
and all that good stuff).
